This is a secret-ballot election, which means you have the right to not share your ballot or how you vote with anyone!

Per the NLRB’s instructions, you should never permit anyone – Amazon, the Union, or their representatives – to handle, collect, or mail your ballot.  The Board instructions to eligible voters clearly state: DO NOT PERMIT ANY PARTY – THE EMPLOYER, THE UNION(S), OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, OR AN EMPLOYEE-PETITIONER – TO HANDLE, COLLECT, OR MAIL YOUR BALLOT. 

In addition, the NLRB’s instructions clearly state: IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAINTAIN THE SECRECY OF YOUR BALLOT. DO NOT SHOW YOUR BALLOT TO ANYONE AFTER YOU HAVE MARKED IT.
